Lyra User Management

The Lyra project addresses the dual challenge of identity authentication for Imprivata users:
simplifying secure gateway access while streamlining administrative setup.

To bridge the gap between complex enterprise configurations and seamless user access, Lyra connects Imprivata customers with their existing Entra ID databases. I designed a guided “wizard” interface for administrators, simplifying critical workflows, including tenant connection, trust configuration, directory management, and endpoint agent installation.

For the end user, the experience prioritizes efficiency. The design facilitates a frictionless authentication process, allowing users to register new badges, establish ID verification methods, and Link credentials to Entra ID in minutes, ensuring they can return to their work without delay.

Patient Access

As the Senior Manager leading a team of five product designers, I directed the end-to-end design strategy for Patient Access: a cutting-edge biometric and data-integration platform. The product is Currently live in two clinical settings and actively piloting across five additional hospital and clinical environments. The Product Vision Patient Access bridges the gap between patient autonomy and administrative efficiency. The ecosystem focuses on three core pillars:
Patient Autonomy: Self-service check-in via kiosks or mobile devices using digital facial biometric capture. Clinical Efficiency: Instant biometric identification matched with demographic data, drastically reducing administrative overhead and eliminating record-keeping errors. Administrative Control: A robust administrative platform for macro-level data collection, performance reporting, and secure, high-volume data migration between systems.  What You Will See Below The diagram and two recorded demos below illustrate the interconnected nature of the Patient Access suite. They specifically highlight: The User Journey: How connection points seamlessly bridge the patient and clinician experiences.
